Old Time 4th Parade in Bethany

One of my favorite days is the 4th of July as I get to participate in the Bethany Beach small town parade. The whole town shows up for this deal, lining the streets with their kids, coolers and beach chairs waiting for the passing.

Kids on decorated bikes, politicians, police and firemen, bands and Mango Mike.

The Mango's staff hands out 5,000 colorful leis to every kid along the parade route (and some cute mom babes), so we're always one of the most popular floats in the parade.

Starts at noon on the 4th and winds thru the entire town over a 5 mile route.
