Halloween in Old Town
For the last couple of years Alexandria Police have restricted vehicular traffic on Lee Street from King Street south for about 4 blocks.
All the neighbors along this stretch open their homes and the street becomes a huge Mardi Gras type party. Families, singles, couples all get dressed up and hit Lee Street. This is our first year and it was a blast.
The Stock Market guy didn't look to festive.
